Our audience are reminded that they should not come to a performance if they have covid symptoms, have tested positive, have been told to self-isolate or have had a recent positive lateral flow test.
Masks and hand sanitising. Masks will be encouraged for the audience while moving through the venue space but not mandated. The use of hand sanitiser is encouraged but not mandated, and hand sanitiser stations will be provided.
Checking in. A QR code for the venue will be available and the audience is encouraged to check in using the QR code or by providing a contact name and number for the purpose of contacting if a positive covid-19 test is subsequently reported by anyone attending.
Audience seating. The layout of chairs for the audience is such that the event is below the maximum capacity of the hall. More space than usual has been left between audience rows with a wide aisle in the centre. Additional seating will be provided at the sides if required.
Ventilation. The windows on both sides of the church as well as the main entrance doors will be open at all times – no matter what the weather – to maximise ventilation.
Interval & Refreshments. There will be no interval and no refreshments.
